Job Description :
- Able to deal with emails effectively
- Able to make corrections on CV / personal statement of students
- Able to serve PhD students (finding supervisor, checking PhD/research proposal)
- Responsible for developing and evolving all sales training initiatives to meet the ever-changing demands of the business and market. This role requires a solid understanding of developing the business in Bangladesh which includes recruiting Bangladeshi students want to study abroad with/ without scholarship. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial self-starter mentality, doing a lot with a little, willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done; strongly results oriented, focused on attention to detail and quality and has a passion for figuring out creative and innovative ways to solve challenges.
- This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and works closely with the Client Services and Leadership team. The role may require occasional travel locally or abroad.
- Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and market segment by effectively selling education services.
- Responsible for organizing quality fair and exhibitions in Bangladesh.
- Deliver presentations as needed via various channels including in-person, online, e-learning
- Periodically prepare, present and review changes, feedback and updates
